SimmiFit Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping SimmiFit — where confidence, comfort, and community meet.

We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.

 

Pre-Order & Pre-Sale Items

Some SimmiFit styles are offered as pre-orders or pre-sale drops.

For these items:

  • The shipping start date will be clearly listed in your order confirmation email

  • Orders will ship once the inventory arrives and quality checks are completed

  • All pre-order items are shipped in the order they are received

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they will ship together unless otherwise stated.

In-Stock Items (Regular Shipping)

For items that are currently in stock:

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping Time: 5–7 business days after your order has been processed

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Shipping Delays

SimmiFit is a growing small business. During high-volume drops, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — but we will always keep you informed.

We appreciate your patience and support as we grow 💕


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
SimmiFit is not responsible for:

  • Packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
